Dispatch & Tracking Information

Orders are processed and prepared each morning. Parcels are handed to Royal Mail during our scheduled daily collection.

Once collected, you will receive a tracking number.

Please note: tracking may initially show “We’re expecting it”. This status means Royal Mail have received electronic notification of the parcel but have not yet completed their first physical scan at a sorting facility.

Initial scans are carried out within Royal Mail’s network and can occasionally be delayed. This does not necessarily indicate that the parcel has not been collected.

Delivery estimates of 2–4 working days apply from the date of dispatch. However, in line with Royal Mail policy, items are not considered lost until 10 working days after dispatch.

If your parcel has not arrived after 10 working days from dispatch, please contact us and we will immediately raise this with Royal Mail and resolve the matter accordingly.
