The NBC Build me up rubber base is a convenient soak off builder gel that comes in a bottle, making it ideal for creating short extensions and long-lasting overlays on the natural nails. It can be used with or without a base coat, is flexible and is easy to remove. This products is more effective for flexible nails. Additionally, it is Hema Free.
